Thank you for your patience the past few weeks as short staffing has caused us to make changes to our lobby hours. And this week, half of the staff we have is off due to health issues. We apologize for the inconvenience, and are taking steps to hire qualified candidates to resume the level of service members deserve and have been accustomed to. The country's labor market makes this difficult as we are sure all of you are experiencing other small, and large businesses in similar situations. We assure you the credit union is safe, sound, and financially solid. There is no truth to comments on social media and from folks spreading rumors of the CU being insolvent or going "under". Quite the opposite as we prepare for some exciting strategic plans for 2023 and beyond. The auditors and examiners recently completed our 12-31-22 audit and exam, and reported solid results for our credit union. Feel free to contact me if you have further questions. CU*Talk Phone Calls

Directly access your YSCU accounts with just one phone call! Our automated system will let you review account balances, transfer funds between accounts, make loan payments, check current interest rates and more.

CU*Talk is easy to use and guides you through with step-by-step instructions:

  • Using your touch-tone phone, call: 800-860-5704.

  • When asked for your credit union ID, enter 296.

  • You will be asked to enter your member number. Do so and then press the # key. Next, you will be prompted to key in your PIN. Enter your PIN and press the # key. Be careful: If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times, your PIN will be disabled. You will then need to contact the credit union to reactivate it.

  • First-time users: Your PIN will be the last four digits of your Social Security number. For security purposes, you will be prompted to change your PIN after initial login.

  • From this point on, the CU*Talk procedure will vary depending on the transactions you wish to complete. CU*Talk will guide you through each step.

  • Hint: This first set of options includes a brief tutorial (press 0) with tips and hints for using the system. From within this menu, if you have questions or need to speak with a YSCU representative press 1 when prompted. You can press * to return to the main menu at any time.

  • When you have finished your last transaction, simply hang up the phone.
